The Text Editor lets you control the format and design for emails and custom reports. With the newest update, all of the previous functionality remains and some new features have been added as well. Please note that the layout of the editing tools has had some minor updates, so some features may be found in different locations on the screen. A few of the notable features and changes are listed below.<\/p>\n<p><b>Who is affected<\/b><br \/>\nThis update affect all Flexmls Web users.<\/p>\n<p><b>What changed<\/b><br \/>\nThe text editor is found when using features like Manual Email, Subscriptions, Reverse Prospecting, the Custom Report Editor, and more. While the functionality remains the same, some features have been added and some features have changed positions.<\/p>\n<p><b>Font<\/b><br \/>\nThe font type and font size appear by default, making it easier to increase or decrease the size of your text.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7485 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1_Font.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"153\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Insert Links<\/b><br \/>\nTo insert links into your text, click the\u00a0<b>Insert\u00a0<\/b>menu, and select\u00a0<b>Link<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7486 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2_Link.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Preview\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nTo preview how the body of your message will appear, click the\u00a0<b>View\u00a0<\/b>menu and select\u00a0<b>Preview<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7487 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/3_Preview.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"615\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Please note: if you are using the Custom Report Editor, and want to preview how the report will look, click the\u00a0<b>Preview button<\/b>\u00a0at the top right of the screen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Quick Edit for Tables<\/b><br \/>\nIf you\u2019ve inserted a table, there is a new table editor that appears when you click on the table. It allows you to edit the Table Properties, Delete the Table, Insert\/Delete Rows, and Insert\/Delete Columns.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7488 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/4_Table_Editor.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"164\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Access Source Code<\/b><br \/>\nTo access the Source Code and directly manipulate the html code, click on the\u00a0<b>View\u00a0<\/b>menu and select\u00a0<b>Source Code<\/b>.
