Tessera Reports are quick, one-page listing reports that are easy to create and edit. As part our our continuing efforts to improve them, starting on July 5th we are releasing two updates on Flexmls Web: you will now be able to use either your profile photo\u00a0or\u00a0<\/i>logo in branding container; and there is a new report template,\u00a0Flyer with Long Remarks<\/i>, that can display up to 2000 characters.<\/p>\n

When Will It Change<\/b>
\nThese updates will be available on July 5, 2018.<\/p>\n

Who Will Be Affected<\/b>
\nAll users with the ability to create and edit Tessera reports will have access to these new features.<\/p>\n

What Will Change<\/b>
\nTo create a new Tessera Report, or to edit an existing report, use the\u00a0Menu<\/b>\u00a0to find and select\u00a0My Reports<\/b>. Click on an existing Tessera Report and select\u00a0Edit<\/b>\u00a0to edit an existing report, or select\u00a0New<\/b>\u00a0and choose the\u00a0Tessera Report\u00a0<\/b>option. Then click on a Tessera Report template to create a new report.<\/p>\n

Use Your Logo on Reports<\/strong>
\nIf the report template has a branding container, click on it to edit the container.<\/p>\n

Select\u00a0Logo\u00a0<\/b>for the Image option, and click\u00a0Update<\/b>\u00a0to apply the change to the report.\u00a0\u00a0Now, whenever you use the report, your logo will display by default in the branding container.<\/p>\n

Flyer With Long Remarks<\/strong>
\nFrom the\u00a0My Reports\u00a0<\/b>page, select\u00a0New<\/b>\u00a0and choose\u00a0Tessera Report<\/b>. Then select the\u00a0Flyer with Long Remarks<\/b>\u00a0option.<\/p>\n

The template includes a larger container that can display up to 2000 characters. This is especially useful if your MLS allows over 1000 characters for the Public Remarks field.<\/p>\n

Why Are We Making These Changes<\/b>
\nThese changes are part of an ongoing effort to improve Tessera Reports and ensure that they meet the needs of agents and brokers.
