Defaulting to the most recently selected options makes setting up a subscription faster and more convenient.<\/p>\n<p><b>When Will It Change<\/b><br \/>\nThis update will be available on September 20, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><b>Who Will Be Affected<\/b><br \/>\nThis update will be available for all users when creating new subscriptions in Flexmls Web.<\/p>\n<p><b>What Will Change<\/b><br \/>\nWhenever you create a subscription in Flexmls Web, the selected options under the\u00a0<i>Send notification of new listings to\u00a0<\/i>setting, will be saved. The next time you create a new subscription, it will default to using your most recent selections.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7814 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1_1-01-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"610\" height=\"302\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the example above, the options to send listing updates to\u00a0<b>Selected contacts<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>Send me an email when a contact clicks the link<\/b>\u00a0are selected. The next time you start a new subscription, the same options will be selected by default.<\/p>\n<p><b>Please Note:<\/b>\u00a0the option for\u00a0<i>Enable Preview Mode<\/i>\u00a0is not included with this update; instead, it will always default to unchecked. Additionally, if you check Preview Mode, then none of the other notification selections will be saved as defaults for new subscriptions. This is because using Preview Mode automatically makes certain selections about the recipients\u2013those selections will not become the default for new subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p>As before, there are four options under the Send notification of new listings to set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>You (sender)<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 You will receive an agent copy of the listing updates;<\/li>\n<li><b>Selected contacts<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 The contacts listed in the Contacts bar will receive listing updates;<\/li>\n<li><b>Send me an email when a contact clicks the link<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 When a contact clicks the link in the subscription, you\u2019ll receive a notification that they\u2019ve viewed the listing updates;<\/li>\n<li><b>Enable Preview Mode<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 You must approve listings before they are sent to your contact.\u00a0Note: this option will\u00a0<i>always<\/i>\u00a0be unchecked by default. You must manually enable it on a per-subscription basis if you wish to turn it on. \u00a0No notification options will be saved as defaults for new subscriptions when you use Preview Mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Are We Making These Changes<\/b><br \/>\nThis change makes it easier to set up a subscription. Currently, many agents need to customize the notification settings each time they set up a subscription.
