<\/p>\nMake sure your contacts are receiving your emails! Something as simple as a typo when entering a contact\u2019s email address can make it impossible for them to get listing updates from you. Starting on November 1st, identifying and updating invalid email addresses can easily be done from the Contact Management screen in Flexmls Web.<\/p>\n

\nAll users with access to Contact Management will receive this update.<\/p>\n
What Will Change<\/b>
\nWhen you send emails to contacts from Flexmls (manual emails or subscription emails), the system verifies that the recipient\u2019s email address is valid before sending the email. If the email address is deemed invalid for any reason, it will be flagged as an invalid, non-working email address.<\/p>\n
When you go to the Contact Management page, a banner at the top of the page alerts you if you have any contacts with invalid email addresses. Click the\u00a0View Email Addresses<\/b>\u00a0button to review the invalid email addresses.<\/p>\n

A pop-up displays your contacts with invalid email addresses, and gives you options to\u00a0Edit<\/i>\u00a0or\u00a0Remove<\/i>\u00a0the email address. Please note, a Primary email address can only be edited, not removed.<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0Edit<\/b>\u00a0to enter the correct email address for a contact, then click\u00a0Save<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If the email address displayed is a contact\u2019s secondary email address, you can edit it,\u00a0or<\/i>\u00a0you can remove it from the contact\u2019s record by clicking\u00a0Remove<\/b>. After removing one or more secondary email address, click\u00a0Done<\/b>\u00a0to complete the removal process.<\/p>\n
