Who Will Benefit<\/b><\/span> What Will Change<\/b><\/span> With this change, a Reject button will become available in preview mode.<\/p>\n When you click\u00a0Reject<\/b>, the Hide Listing icon (red circle with a slash) will be selected. The selected listing will move to the\u00a0Hidden by Agent<\/b>\u00a0listing collection for the contact and it won\u2019t be shown again in preview mode.<\/p>\n You can reinstate a hidden listing at any time by going to the Portal tab for the contact in Flexmls. Click on the\u00a0Hidden by Agent<\/b>\u00a0listing collection.<\/p>\n The search results page will open with the listing collection displayed. Click the Hide Listing icon for a listing to clear it and remove the listing from the Hidden By Agent collection.<\/p>\n Why Are We Making These Changes<\/b><\/span> Starting October 10th, you\u2019ll be able to reject listings in subscription preview mode in Flexmls Web. \nMembers who use preview mode for subscription emails will benefit from this change.<\/p>\n
\nCurrently, in preview mode, you can only approve the listings that you want to send to your client.
