We are excited to share a new Flexmls integration in partnership with Matterport. This integration leverages AI-powered property intelligence from digital twins to save you time and streamline the listing entry process. With just a single click, you can use your Matterport digital twin<\/a> to auto-populate data in the Rooms section when creating or updating a listing. This auto-populated data includes each room\u2019s dimensions and room name, eliminating the need for manual data entry from agents and back office staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See how you can take advantage of this feature that makes work easier while also helping improve listing accuracy and minimizing errors<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, upload a Matterport digital twin to the listing the same way as always. For information on adding a virtual tour to a listing, refer to this Flexmls Help article<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a Matterport digital twin has been uploaded, you will see a prompt asking if you would like your Rooms data on your listing to be auto-populated. This data is extracted from the digital twin by Matterport\u2019s AI property intelligence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you select Add Data<\/strong> to have your Rooms data auto-populated from your Matterport digital twin, you will be taken back to the Rooms section to review the data that has now been entered. Any previous Rooms data that had been entered when creating the listing will be overwritten by the Matterport data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooms data that will be filled based on the digital twin includes: room name and size.  And once the data is populated, you can still change or update any Rooms information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the changes above, now when you look at a Matterport digital twin on a listing in Quick Search, you can view that digital twin in Flexmls as an embedded experience as opposed to that tour opening in a new browser window as it previously would. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
