{"id":10967,"date":"2024-06-04T11:18:46","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T16:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/flexmls-academy\/mls-administrators\/system-security-copy\/"},"modified":"2024-06-19T10:31:58","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T15:31:58","slug":"new-mobile-and-portal-search","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/flexmls-academy\/product-news\/new-mobile-and-portal-search\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to a New Mobile and Portal Search"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We\u2019ve created a new mobile and portal search experience that is faster, more intuitive, and tailored to agent needs.&nbsp; This new experience brings popular desktop features to the mobile experience, bringing us closer to our goal of complete consistency across platforms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When is this available?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>June 20, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where is this available?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This search experience will be released to the Flexmls Mobile website (m.flexmls.com), the Android Agent app, and Portals.<\/strong> You can expect to see updates to iOS by the end of the year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s New?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new search brings a familiar workflow from desktop to mobile search, allowing you to search (filter based on specific criteria), find (view search results), and act (share a listing, use third party integrations, etc.) via expandable and collapsible panels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/embed\/medias\/p030t1zybe.jsonp\" async><\/script><script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/assets\/external\/E-v1.js\" async><\/script><div class=\"wistia_embed wistia_async_p030t1zybe seo=false videoFoam=false\" style=\"height:588px;position:relative;width:285px\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Search:<br><\/strong>Use the filter panel to specify your search criteria. This is where you will select your search template and fill out fields you wish to search on. You may already be familiar with this panel, as it was part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/flexmls-academy\/product-news\/updates-for-simple-searching-on-the-go\/\">mobile updates in 2023<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"844\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Search3.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11030\" style=\"width:301px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 &#8211; Find:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the middle section, you can see your search results based on the filters you specified in Step 1. Here, you have different options for viewing your results, including our new Summary View and Stats View, as well as the familiar List View and Map View.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"847\" src=\"https:\/\/flexmls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/New_Search_4.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11025\" style=\"width:288px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-2 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Summary View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In your search results, the new Summary View gives you all the important property information at a glance, without having to select each individual listing. This view now shows a large main photo while also displaying the most important property information, customized by an agent\u2019s selected View. With this view, you don\u2019t have to load the full listing to complete actions like sharing a listing or viewing showing info. You can do it right here in the Summary View. The Stats Tab, previously only available on desktop, is now on mobile too. The Stats tab allows you to find statistical data for all the listings in your current search. Whether you want to share the listing with a client or add it to a customer collection, you can do it on-the-go.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Toolbox Panel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Toolbox panel is where you can take action with your search and listing.
